Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on our website and inside the Marketing Genius platform, and how you control them.
Last updated: August 4, 2026. This document is provided by Marketing Genius for transparency and is not legal advice. Please review it with your own counsel before relying on it for compliance purposes.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choices. Together we refer to these as “cookies”.
2. Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Consent | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Sign-in sessions, security, load balancing, consent storage. | Always active — the platform cannot function without them. | Session to 12 months |
| Analytics | Aggregated feature usage, performance and error diagnostics. | Optional — off until you accept. | Up to 13 months |
| Marketing | Measuring our own advertising campaigns and site conversions. | Optional — off until you accept. | Up to 13 months |
3. Strictly necessary cookies
- Authentication and session cookies issued by our authentication provider so you stay signed in and can only access your own organization.
- Security cookies used to detect abuse and protect against cross-site request forgery.
- A consent record that stores your cookie choices so we do not ask again on every visit.
These cannot be switched off. Blocking them in your browser will prevent you from signing in.
4. Optional cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand which features are used and where errors occur. Marketing cookies let us measure the performance of our own advertising. Both are disabled until you give consent, and no optional cookie is set if you choose “Reject optional”.
5. Third parties
Some cookies are set by service providers acting on our behalf, including our hosting, authentication and analytics providers. We do not sell personal information and we do not permit third parties to use cookies set through our site for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Managing your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Your preference is stored locally on your device and applies to this browser.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Clearing your browser storage removes your saved preference, and the consent banner will appear again on your next visit.
7. Changes and contact
We update this policy when our cookie usage changes, and the date above will change with it. Questions can be sent to privacy@airqualityprosusa.com.
